Course Overview

Wholesale is equal parts creative, business, and people. To be successful, you must develop effective sell strategies, line plans, product assortments, and demand plans. Working with internal brand teams and external retailers is a challenge to balance, but mastering sales and brand management requires both.

Course Objective

  1. Build a strong foundation of best practices, strategies, and innovations in:
    1. Creative brand management
    2. Business management
    3. Relationship development
  2. Create strategies for branded wholesale business, manipulating selling, negotiation, and business aspects to grow sales, profit and customer loyalty.
  3. Gain a high-level understanding of the overall retail industry, particularly as it relates to supply chain, design, and sales.
