Course Overview

In our Exceptional Sales & Customer Service one-day seminar participants will learn:

  1. You will be able to define the main areas in preparing and planning a sales call.
  2. You will be able to describe and practice the critical areas to remember when "selling".
  3. You will be able to describe the sales cycle and its key points.
  4. You will be able to define how to plan and prepare for profitable sales results.
  5. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to demonstrate how to build understanding with each other and a sale without pressure.
  6. You will be able to demonstrate how to close a sale and recognise buying signals from your prospects and customers.
  7. You will have begun to develop a sales action plan to be used back in the workplace.
  8. Understand how to handle inquiries and/or complaints in ways that create improved, lasting relationships with your customers or clients.
  9. Learn to promote positive "chemistry" between your company and your clients by recognizing and responding to the needs of each individual.
  10. Learn how to handle doubt, misunderstandings, and objections.
  11. Acquire techniques for seeing issues from clients' perspectives, creating value-adding options for clients, and making sure clients recognize the added value they are getting.
  12. Learn how to gain agreement from clients and reinforce mutually satisfying long-term relationships.
